Upcoming Sermons for April 19th – May 3rd

Gaining Vision: There is a Proverb that says, “Where there is no vision, the people are unrestrained” (29:18). Every so often a church is wise to seek a vision from God so that the church can be blessed by God. Over this three week sermon series, we will be actively seeking a vision from God.

To guide us, we want to find answers from these questions:

April 19th Whom shall we love? We review Leviticus 19:9-17, 31-37 and John 13:1-17, 31b-35 to understand this question.
With what we know about God’s work in our lives, we can find whom we shall love!

April 26th Who shall we place first? We read Isaiah 58 and Matthew 25:31-46 to answer this question.
Our attention can be focused in many directions. There is a direction in which we will find blessings.

May 3rd Whom shall we obey? We read Micah 6:6-8 and Matthew 28:16-20 to find an answer.
There are requirements that help us to live as a church.

  1. I love to see advance planning made available to the people. There is something electric about people gathering to focus on something they have already thought through.
